How CDU Sourcing handles information submitted through buyer, supplier and contact forms.

Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, project, technical, commercial and supplier-capability information that users choose to submit through our forms. Operational records may include submission references, timestamps and message-delivery status.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review sourcing requests, structure RFQs, evaluate potential supplier fit, consider supplier applications, facilitate relevant introductions, respond to inquiries and operate the platform.
Selective sharing
RFQ information is not intended for public listing. Relevant project information may be shared with potential suppliers or service participants when reasonably necessary to evaluate fit or facilitate a sourcing discussion. Supplier information may be presented to potential buyers where relevant.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, security credentials, trade secrets, controlled technical information, classified material or information you are not authorized to share. If an NDA or other contractual protection is required, arrange it before exchanging sensitive documentation.
Third parties
CDU Sourcing does not guarantee confidentiality obligations on behalf of independent third-party suppliers or buyers. Commercial participants remain responsible for appropriate due diligence and contractual protections.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained while it is reasonably needed for sourcing evaluation, communication, operational records or applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, use the Contact page and identify the relevant submission reference where available.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the platform develops. The effective date on this page identifies the current published version.
