Terms of Use
Terms governing use of CDU Sourcing and its buyer, supplier and contact forms.

Platform role
CDU Sourcing is an independent sourcing and supplier-discovery platform. It does not manufacture CDUs and does not act as an engineering certification body. Platform information is intended to support sourcing organization and potential introductions.
No procurement commitment
Submitting an RFQ, supplier profile or inquiry does not create a purchase obligation, supplier award, representation agreement, exclusivity arrangement or guaranteed commercial opportunity.
Supplier and project information
Users are responsible for providing information they are authorized to share and for keeping submitted information reasonably accurate. CDU Sourcing may screen, evaluate, consider, identify and match potential participants using the information available.
Independent evaluation
Buyers remain responsible for technical validation, engineering approval, commercial due diligence, vendor selection, negotiation and contracting. Suppliers remain responsible for their products, documentation, quotations, delivery, warranties and contractual obligations.
No performance guarantee
CDU Sourcing does not guarantee supplier performance, equipment performance, availability, delivery, pricing, savings, project outcomes or the completeness of third-party information.
Confidentiality
Initial RFQ information is not intended for public listing, but relevant information may be shared selectively for sourcing evaluation. CDU Sourcing does not create or guarantee confidentiality obligations on behalf of third parties. Appropriate NDAs or other protections should be arranged before restricted information is exchanged.
Acceptable use
Do not submit passwords, security credentials, malicious content, unlawful material, trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose, classified information or controlled technical information through the initial forms.
