Buyers should avoid submitting information that is subject to confidentiality restrictions unless they are authorized to share it.
Where additional confidentiality is required, commercial discussions and NDAs can be handled directly between the buyer and prospective supplier before sensitive documentation is exchanged.

Buyer and supplier can continue technical and commercial discussions directly.
CDU Sourcing does not guarantee confidentiality obligations on behalf of third-party suppliers. Buyers should use appropriate contractual protections, including NDAs where necessary, before disclosing proprietary or restricted information.
Initial intake boundary: Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, security credentials, controlled technical information or other highly sensitive material through the initial RFQ form.
